I lost my father about a month ago and chose Sommerville Funeral Home to handle my father’s funeral services. I don’t usually fill out online reviews, however, I wanted to express my overall satisfaction and gratitude with Sommerville services.
Margo and the rest of the Sommerville organization were absolutely wonderful to work with. Margo made the entire process very easy for myself and our family during this difficult time. The actual viewing and funeral services were well planned and overall excellent.

My wife and I have used Sommerville twice in the last 18 months. The service is exceptional. Margo is a leader with a heart. They put together wonderful videos and folders for people. They deserve 5 stars.

I lost my father about 2 weeks ago. Having to travel over 8 hours away, I was not familiar to the Akron area. Sommerville was recommended to us by a very sweet employee at the hotel we were staying at. To say the women working at sommerville funeral services were amazing, would be an understatement. They were an absolute blessing during this difficult time. I can not thank Towanda and Margo enough. I will never forget the level of care and understanding they showed me. ❤️
