I absolutely love everything about Planet Fitness I’m not a person that has ever joined a gym because I never wanted to feel uncomfortable. But I must say I am in a comfort zone like no other here. My trainer Ava is an absolute godsend I told her I need to fit in my dress and when I tell you she is making sure I meet my goal I love that she motivates me and others. I would totally recommend this gym for anyone that doesn’t want to feels pressured and can work out to the best of their abilities . �����
I had one session with SOA1 fitness, and it was a great experience. Very professional and definitely helped me work on some troubled areas. I'd definitely recommend to everyone!
