Barb Snyder and her team have been such a pleasure to work with. Being an out of town landlord, they made my life much easier and I had to do a lot less work than I anticipated when we bought our rental properties. I really like their approach of representing the landlord well, while being legal and fair to all parties involved. Their expertise, experience, wisdom and common sense approach get's great results. We purchased rental properties through them, had them manage them and then sold them through them a few years later. Every step of the way was handled well and they exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend their services.
We have completed multiple projects as a contractor for Snyder & Snyder and have always had a great experience. Communication is excellent, expectations are clear, and payment is consistently prompt upon completion of the work. We appreciate the professionalism of their team and look forward to working with them again in the future
If you’re looking for a home, I recommend a showing with them! Everyone is very nice and not like other rental companies beating around the bush or etc! Alex is tremendous and very knowledgeable and helpful! Every one I’ve experience at the office is very straightforward and made me feel like renting from them was my best decision ever!! My children and I love our new home so much!
