I cannot begin to describe how profoundly Sally helped us. She DAILY went well above and beyond, constantly searching, communicating, and doing research. I always felt like we were her number one priority and she never once made it seem like we were an inconvenience. We worked with her during what I believe to be one of the most difficult times the housing market has seen. Houses were being sold before they even officially hit the market and Sally wasted no time ensuring we had optimal chances to view and make offers on what we wanted. We were using a VA loan which automatically placed us at a disadvantage in a sellers market, but Sally had the patience of a saint, showing us anything we asked to see, regardless of location and making sure we were aware of all the possible pitfalls or advantages. While she originated out of Akron, she drove all over northern Ohio to help us find our dream house. She spent countless hours researching various areas and even had a map of all the areas around where we were searching to make sure no stone was left unturned. When we dealt with sellers agents she never let them push us around or try and take advantage. In some cases she even picked up responsibilities that belonged to them to ensure our deal went smoothly. I have never in my life encountered such an invested and caring person, let alone real estate agent. She's in this for all the right reasons and I guarantee you absolutely cannot go wrong with her. She will guide you, fight for you, tell you the hard truths, and do everything in her power to make you happy. I cannot say enough good things about her both as a person and an agent. She alone has restored my faith in agents and I hope that others learn from her principles and work ethic. After all the time we spent together my husband and I are happy to not only call her our favorite real estate agent ever, but to also call her our true friend.
