I was serviced by Crystal, she’s a 10/10. Great customer service, very kind and welcoming. Asked questions to make sure my nails were to my liking before setting anything in stone. Highly recommend!

I am not happy this visit,I come often I believe she the owner she did my brows I'm use to the young lady doing it with the strings, she waxed my brows I look like Betty Davis super thin,I ask for a mirror she act like she didn't understand me repeating myself twice. She will not ever touch my brows again only the young lady will.

Giving two stars it's a black woman in there that take way too long and wants to give the science behind doing the nails it's my day off I just want the spa treatment boo....smh service is tacky
