Zach was very efficient, kind and respectful. He was called to a rental unit for services. He showed up at the expected time , took care of the service and called me as soon as he was done to explain what he had done
Brynn has been to my house many times for yearly maintenance and inspection of my HVAC system. She’s very knowledgeable and pleasant. I highly recommend her as well as Lakes Heating. I have also had them install my hot water tanks. They did a great job.
Our tech, Annabelle, was great! Kind, thorough, and happy to answer all my questions!
Update: we just had a maintenance visit by Zack. He was friendly, honest, thorough and went above and beyond to assist us. I highly recommend him and Lakes for your HVAC needs!
