Charles and Chris are awesome! Been going to Charles for 10 years now… he’s like my second wife. I know his touch anywhere… it’s like a soothing hot towel after a tough workout. Or a cool drink on a hot summer day… refreshing and always hits the spot.
So I walk in to get a haircut from Payton dobber (I had an appointment) the only reason I’m writing this review is because this is unacceptable. The kid lied to me and told me he’s been cutting hair for 3 years. Come to find out he’s fresh out of barber school. I could tell because the fade he gave me was the worst one I ever received in Ohio. I would have respected it more had he said he’s fresh out of barber school and have patience then to blame it on my hair why it didn’t come out good.
I can’t respect someone who would lie directly to my face.

The only place my family will go to! My kids will only ever let Charles cut their hair, one of my kids has anxiety really bad and Charles made it super easy for him to warm up to him, and he provides a safe place and comfortable environment for my boys!
