Went there today for pre-employment drug test. Wait time was not very long. The issue was me needing to drink more water. They have zero accomodations like a water cooler for people who may need to drink some. The girl working did give me a bottle of her own water which was nice.
The other girl that was working was strange. Didn't seem to care for white people. I could be wrong but it's how she came across. She was very short when speaking to me.
I gave 4 stars because of her and the fact they need a water cooler like other lab testing places have. Telling someone to go buy something to drink is weird even if it is in a store.
After reading these reviews, I was wishing my health insurance gave me different options for blood work, but I was pleasantly surprised that my experience was nothing like the negative reviews describe. The phlebotomist was punctual, efficient, and skilled. She had no trouble at all finding my vein and I didn't even feel a thing. From the time I walked in the door to the time I walked out, including checking in, I wasn't even there 15 minutes. Now I'm glad this was a much more convenient option than the other local lab chain my old insurance sent me to.
I just had my blood drawn by Laura and she did a fantastic job. I tend to get very nervous during blood draws, but she kept me calm by talking with me throughout the process. I also really appreciate that they only allow one patient in the room at a time—it makes the experience feel much more comfortable and private.
