Kloud9 is the hosting service for me to use Church Windows outside the office. Late in the evening of December 23, I was preparing checks for the workers at the Christmas Eve service and I was unable to print them. I assumed that Church Windows was doing an update and all would be well on Friday morning. Unfortunately, that was not the case! Church Windows was closed for the holiday, so I contacted Kloud9.
