Kloud9 is the hosting service for me to use Church Windows outside the office. Late in the evening of December 23, I was preparing checks for the workers at the Christmas Eve service and I was unable to print them. I assumed that Church Windows was doing an update and all would be well on Friday morning. Unfortunately, that was not the case! Church Windows was closed for the holiday, so I contacted Kloud9. They too were closed, but had someone on call 24/7. I left a message and very shortly thereafter, Jorge called me back. He was able to help me through the issue and was very kind and patient.
