J's Computer Clinic

J's Computer Clinic, run by a knowledgeable and helpful individual, offers a range of services for computer repairs and upgrades. They can come to your location to fix issues, and are able to install new parts at reasonable prices. One customer appreciated their fast service, which was quicker than a big-box store's estimate of 10-15 days.

The computer technician from J's Computer Clinic was able to diagnose a boot disk issue on a customer's computer and cleaned out five years worth of dust from the machine, getting it back to working order. Although they warned of potential future issues, the customer was satisfied with the service and the clear explanation given.

However, another customer has had a less positive experience. After a successful repair and upgrade, the technician accidentally left some tools behind and failed to respond to messages about returning to fix a USB port and retrieve the tools. Despite the initial positive experience, the customer was left feeling unappreciated and had to seek help elsewhere.

Overall, J's Computer Clinic provides good service at reasonable prices, with a knowledgeable and helpful technician. However, there have been some issues with follow-through and communication that may be concerning for potential customers.
