I would not recommend using under any circumstances. As a 1st time home buyer, I was under contract to buy a home through them. I was constantly lied to, manipulated, by Larry Triola and was forced to hire an attorney. Larry had no regard for the law and breached the terms of his contract several times as well as tricked me into using the title company that he owns which just lead to more problems. Larry has threatened me and insulted me. I would not recommend using Larry or Howard Hanna under any circumstances.

zero stars. here to tell everyone that Howard Hanna will charge you a 7% commission to sell your home when other companies charge much less. FYI.

Bad experience with realtor Cynthia Eitner....Some people shouldn't be in the real estate buss. This woman is one of them.
