My first massage with Mathew at Hands n Motion was the best massage I've had. I'm 57, average build but active. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. His pleasant demeanor and professional approach immediately set the tone for a relaxing session.
The 90-minute massage itself was outstanding. I left feeling rejuvenated and very relaxed. Mathew is highly skilled and genuinely passionate about and loves what he does.
The space was super clean, beautiful, serene, and comfortable—perfect for unwinding. I appreciated the attention to detail, from the ambient music to the quality of the lotion used.
I’ve had many massages in the past, but this was hands down the best. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend Hands n Motion to anyone looking for a top-notch massage experience!

I had a really awesome massage from Mathew. His studio space is very welcoming and serene, and Mathew is very kind. He carefully explains the massage process so you don’t just undergo the experience, but you also understand the experience. Mathew is very talented and solicits your feedback to make sure you are comfortable and relaxed. I’m glad I booked my appointment to escape from the everyday and will definitely do it again.

Mat worked diligently on my back and whole body for the full hour. He made me feel comfortable and relaxed the entire time. He was very respectful and friendly. I left feeling 3 inches taller. He definitely gives it his all, and cares about his clients. He even showed me stretches I can do at home to keep loose and recommended yoga and other services if I didnt want to continue the massages. A class act and an amazing guy
