Ron is the best! We had a water backup problem (of course on a weekend) and he was here fast. He was able to diagnose the problem immediately and explain what was needed. When the repair was completed he explained in detail how the new system work. It is much better than previous system. Ron was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend HJacks for all your plumbing needs and it would be a bonus if Ron does the work.?

I just had Phil come out to my house and snake out my sewer drain. He was fast courteous. I think he did an excellent job. And I appreciate and we'll be using this company. Anytime I have a plumbing issue.

Almost $800 for a simple toilet fill valve replacement that took 30 minutes. Not an emergency call. For that price I should have got two brand new toilets installed. 2 stars for doing the work on time.
Update: Customer rep called and we were able to come to an agreement.
