I suggested my niece go here because I had a good experience when I got to the Africans in DC. She was quoted a price over the phone of $220 and it changed to $250 after the style was finished and the style desired didn't change. She then told her 4 hours but then turned into 6 hours. The braids were extremely tight where she had to take some out when she got home, the space was not the cleanest. The only good thing she said was the playlist.

I got my hair done in nov I loved my braids my only issue was being charged more after my hair was done she said because my hair was long but she seen my hair when I came and made the appointment when she said 200 but then changed to 230 but other that that it was cool I didn’t like the other stylist next to me poor girl who was getting her hair done lady was messing up and her parts were crooked and her parks were uneven. I had to ask My Sister to come up there and to look at my hair to make sure my parts and stuff wasn’t messed up like the lady was doing the other girls’s hair. Well one it took me two days the first day I called they said they would call I wanted to get in there so bad I kept calling so then I finally called no go went the next day and finally was able to get my hair done well the next day braids came out I didn't call because I know they are very busy , but I did text no respond so imma just go up there tomorrow, they are friendly to who they want to be friendly to , I also notice that they really don't care about what you say about your hair whats matter is that money I was ask for the money before the job was done never did no where but I still need my braids fix only being the second day and I paid 160 and I had two family...read full review
