In the hardest time of my life Russ (owner) was there to help me step by step. He made what i thought would be a hard process and made it very comforting and easy and relieved any worries i had about the process. He was very professIonal and he always responded back to me in a timely manner. I of course hope i dont need his services for a long time but when i do i will not even hesitate to call this place. My family has been using Eckard Baldwin Funeral Home since 1977, when my grandmother passed, and for many other family members and family friends.
Last month, my mother passed. It's hard enough to lose your last parent, but devastating to also lose your best friend.
Russ was there from the very beginning, starting with picking her up, the consultation, to the very end at the cemetery. Russ has always been very kind, understanding, and compassionate in the worse time of your life.
My parents paid for their funeral 40+ years ago, which I highly recommend, and will do so myself, when I talk to my sons. Doing that helps your grieving family immensely....read full review
inherited an American Flag that draped my Grandfathers casket in 1969. It was dirty and obviously neglected so I wanted to clean it up and place in a nice wooden display case with his information to honor both his service in WW I and the country he loved. The problem was I had none of the information to add. A public records search both governments and private produced nothing but a VISA bill. The cemetery had little info either but did have the name of Eckard Baldwin Funeral Home that handled the arraignments.
