Russ provided more than funeral service when mom passed. He took the time to listen, answer questions and allowed me to tell him about mom. At a time when loss is overwhelming, Russ provided a space filled with compassion and understanding. I am grateful and thankful that we had Russ guiding use through a very difficult time.
In the hardest time of my life Russ (owner) was there to help me step by step. He made what i thought would be a hard process and made it very comforting and easy and relieved any worries i had about the process. He was very professIonal and he always responded back to me in a timely manner. I of course hope i dont need his services for a long time but when i do i will not even hesitate to call this place. Last month, my mother passed. It's hard enough to lose your last parent, but devastating to also lose your best friend.
Russ was there from the very beginning, starting with picking her up, the consultation, to the very end at the cemetery. Russ has always been very kind, understanding, and compassionate in the worse time of your life.
