Scott and his son were very accommodating and there was nothing that they could not get done. They were attentive to all of our family needs and took a huge burden off of us. They programs were professionally done and they even had a professional portrait print for the service. Thanks for going above and beyond for our family.

Absolutely the worst. Do not trust your loved ones with this funeral home, you will regret it. Not only are their prices terrible, the price of a single urn from them is over $1000 when you can purchase your own for a couple hundred, but they have absolutely no tac or professional protocol to ease this process. My mother passed away on February 5 and I'm just now getting her ashes today, March 17. Had to go fill out paperwork and no one bothered telling me before coming what information I would need. Leading up to the point of signing the paperwork they returned calls promptly and seemed caring. They said they needed payment and her SSN to continue with the process. We call in that day with the info and are told that we should receive a call inside a week when it's done. Fast forward 8 days later with no call, I call in and have to leave a message. 7 hours go by with no return call so I call again, get a call back an hour later. Amber says they need her social again. Apparently the guy we talked to lost and no one called us to get it. I give it to her again, fast forward 5 days later. She calls and says she needs her doctors name to sign the death certificate. WHY DIDN'T THEY ASK FOR ALL THIS INFO ON DAY ONE BEFORE I CAME FOR PAPERWORK?! I give them the info and am told I'll get a call to update what's going on when they get in touch with the doctor. 8 days later with nothing. I call to leave a message on a Tuesday, no call back. Call in Wednesday, no call back. Then I call on Thursday and I make it clear that if I don't receive a call back in the next couple hours that I'm coming down in person and it won't be a pleasant experience. Get a call back 10 minutes later telling me that my mother was Cremated YESTERDAY. Get the paperwork and here they were authorized to do cremation on the 10th but no one contacted me for some peace it mind that the process was being handled. Absolutely garbage funeral home, zero communication amongst funeral directors, no organization or protocol to make the process smooth for the grieving family. This should not have taken over a month, I should not have to call back multiple times in a day and then threaten to show up just to get a call back. The worse part is it feels like all they care about is money and this isn't even something that you can ever fix or try to do better at this point. Nothing worse then feeling like you chose the wrong place to handle your loved one after passing, like they didn't get the timely attention they deserved and I have to live with this regret now. The second they got our $900 for the cremation they completely stopped caring about us or our time of grieving. Believe me when I tell you, you will regret using this funeral home. Don't do it.

There are times in our lives when we rely on the compassion and caring of others to get us through the most challenging times, but then throw in Covid-19 and things get a little more stressful. I can honestly say that the staff at Adams-Mason Funeral Home are individuals that go above and beyond any expectations to provide quality service. Adams-Mason Funeral Home is a family owned and operated business and has been our family’s funeral home of choice for as long as I can remember. Our Mother had the foresight to preplan her funeral. A gift beyond measure. One phone call on the night of her passing and Scott took it from there. My sisters did not have to worry about any of the details from that point on. The gentle care and preparations necessary to transport our Mother from Florida, home to Ohio, was seamless. It is difficult to find the right words to express our sincere gratitude for the graceful loving care provided to the entire family. To Scott, Amanda, Amber, Mark and all the staff please accept our sincerest “Thank You”. God Bless you all.
