I first came to Dr. Dipieri’s office with a chipped tooth while also dealing with some health problems, and I was honestly not looking or feeling my best. From my first anxious phone call, Liayla at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful. Everyone at the front desk is wonderful—they somehow seem to run the ship while always being genuinely nice.
I tend to have anxiety in medical environments, especially about whether I will be understood rather than judged. I experienced a lot of issues with my original dentist (NOT DiPiero), so much so that I put off going to the dentist for nearly a decade. When I moved to Akron, I found these lovely people at DiPiero and they are the best. Super sweet, actually care about their clients, just the overall nicest humans. They have fixed my years of neglect, and even gotten me to the point where I don’t mind going to the dentists! These ladies rule. Thank you!
