Roxanne is our child's case manager and she is AMAZING, she keeps us in the loop and informed, not a single part or process goes unexplained nor are any questions unanswered, she is prompt and professional. She actually got to know my child and genuinely cares about her as more than just a number in a spreadsheet. Please treat her well, as she is an incredible asset and ambassador of your company, there is an unfortunate deficit for people like her in this cruel world, you have an all-star Woman in her!
