Outstanding service from Mike today. My tile floors presented a real challenge with sticky debris from rubber rug backing. Mike went above and beyond to successfully remove all that stubborn mess! Sincerely appreciate his extraordinary efforts. Will always recommend COIT (and urge you to name Mike technician of the month!?)
I was initially apprehensive about getting carpets cleaned because of the hassle as well as concern of baseboards or walls getting damaged. However, Joe waterman and Ray quinonez quickly eliminated my concerns. It was a great experience. They were very professional. They cleaned my carpeting. They cleaned and sealed my grout. They were very friendly. Nothing was damaged. I only wish every business could operate the way they do!
Carpet looks great. The only thing negative is the salesman told us afternoon which I wanted and the office said early morning which I didn't want. So they changed it to afternoon and then they called to change that time to earlier but the cleaner didn't come when they said. Much calling back and forth about this, but a minor thing. important thing is the rug clean.
