We were VERY impressed after working with Chad from CJK Home Inspection. He is friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. He had excellent communication at every step of the way both before, during, and after the inspection. He invited us to follow along with him throughout the inspection so he could point things out and explain them to us in real time that would also later be included in the report.
