I travel 40 minutes to have my hair done by Toni. I could have my hair done at the salon I work at for free. I Also should add that I am Caucasian going to a predominantly black salon. No one cuts hair like Toni! Her skill is indescribable. Getting my hair platinum isn't always easy, but I walk out of that salon with it perfect everytime.

Great experience!! New to Ohio from Michigan, so glad I stumbled across this shop. She takes her time and gives great advice on hair care and maintenance. A beautician that actually cares about how your hair grows ect. Not just how it looks!

A TRUE Blessing in Disguise and Perfection at its Best! ?I'm a new customer of "Beauty Inc- Urban Hair Retreat" and I was Blessed to find this Utopia and Spa that SPECIALIZES in Black Hair Care and Beyond! The second I walked through the doors I felt the WARM Welcome, Ambiance, Professionalism and "Drama-free" environment.Also, I appreciate how stylish, and clean Ms. Toni's shop is. Although the above mentioned perks added to my pampering of the day... The real treat was meeting Ms. Stylz and her genuine concern and EXTREME Knowledge she showed for my hair.
