As a visitor stopped to use the restroom at the main entrance. It was totally disgusting. My sister who had been in the delivery waiting area said she complained about it hours earlier. The third stall was so gross that I couldn’t even post a picture of it. The hospital was not busy tonight so no excuses for the unsanitary conditions especially during cold & flu season. Terrible look for Cleveland Clinic & Akron General Hospital.
Dr rizzo and his team are amazing! The nurses on floor 5 Kaylee and Kendra are not very caring. Anneliese was the best nurse we had! Kaylee was the laziest person sitting at her computer and texting on her phone. Mindy the housekeeper was so personable and kind!
i was quite surprised by the beauty of this place . The staff was wonderful, the doctor was so personable. They were professional and also down to earth . I was very pleased with my daughters medical care.
