From the doctors and nurses to everyone who cared for Zane, we were treated with so much kindness, patience, compassion, and understanding. They made an incredibly scary experience feel a little less frightening for both of us. The doctors and nurses we saw on 2/14/2026 were awesome. The lady that came in to talk to my son about the process (she had a title I don’t recall but essentially a child comfort person). All of these people made the experience phenomenal. It was quite a stressful situation. Having some pretty serious symptoms from a parental standpoint. They came in and examined him thoroughly, brought him dry clothes because he was wet from playing in the snow. I can’t emphasize enough how meaningful the visit was.
