Their providers are absolutely amazing. They are kind, patient and informative. However, ever since they have moved to the new portage trail location the appointment times are ridiculous. I used to be able to get in out, easily, within maybe 30 mins for an annual visit. This week I had two appointments, two days in a row. Both times, the wait time to get back there, the wait time once getting back there and then the wait time to get a vaccine/blood work is ridiculous. Today, I arrived at 2:35. The BEST! Always can get my baby in same day when she’s not feeling well. Called at 2:58 and they asked if we could be there by 3:30. Front desk staff are all so kind and acknowledging of our baby. No matter which pediatrician we see- we’re satisfied!
I will recommend to ANYONE.
We are new parents and they got us in super fast. Dr. Smith was so amazing and answered all of our questions with great detail and explanation! Although we have only been there once we still left very happy and satisfied by the care and attentiveness of all of the staff there. If you are a new parent or someone in search of a new pediatrician my boyfriend and I HIGHLY recommend this practice!
