Worst company to work for. I am 30 years old and have Never been fired in my entire life. I am a reliable employee, hard working, and I usually go above and beyond. My employment with accurate was no different. After being employed for nearly 3 months it was brought to my attention that another employee was making considerably more than I was for to do the same amount of work. I was told at my initial interview that I would receive a pay increase after proving my worth at a 30-90 day review. When that time came, they did offer a pay increase but it was still considerably less than the other employee who received their promotions and pay increase after less than 30 days. That same employee had a pretty risky background, and I do not! It was a bit offensive and I brought this to the attention of my direct supervisor who of course made excuses as to avoid paying me the fair and equal wage. The owner was a little more professional about the situation than the HR manager but not by much... but the HR manager was immature about the entire situation. Even after returning home for the day my Facebook had been reported for some reason and the event matched her behavior in general with past employees anyways...She refused to give me copies of my own documents, stole the business cards and flyers that I made and purchased with my own time and money, refused to give those back or reimburse me for them. They pushed me and everyone else to do a bunch of work to get candidates in but expected people complete those things or tasks when off the clock and without pay. Their computers, phones, and everything is so out dated or such poor quality that it makes the job a million times more difficult. When I asked why I was being fired it was just repeated over and over that "in light of recent events", what events??...my asking why I am not being paid fair or equal wages compared to my male coworker..? It really is just a joke of a business. Even after having the employee handbook combed through... there were so many mistakes and conflicting information. They didn't even spell the name of the company correctly.... in the employee handbook. The HR manager was smiling and laughing and making comments as to suggest "haha I got you"... just really immature, unprofessional, definitely discriminatory. I could honestly go on for days. But don't waste your time... even with a degree and reputable references with solid work experience I'd rather work McDonald's than work for these people. As far as I am concerned they did me the favor in firing me! Don't make my same mistake!!!

Like every other staffing agency, you spend minutes filling out their on-line application yet an hour or so going through the paper process. If you already have a job but are in the process of looking for a new one, the smart thing to do is have a plan b before you leave your current employer. However, it was clear that Accurate Staffing doesn't feel that way as they seemed annoyed that I wanted to give my employer a proper two weeks notice. All staffing agencies want you to drop everything at the last possible minute and be available within a few hours notice...yes, the staff here was friendly but they definitely wasted my time. They knew I was employed when they called me and then never bothered to call me in for an interview with the company they were trying to place me with because I insisted on a 2 week notice. They also have some questionable requirements that I've never dealt with at other temp agencies. One issue is that you are required to pay for your own drug test($25.00) if you agree to take on an assignment. This should NEVER be a requirement of an employee! The company that wants to take you on should be the ones to pocket the expense. There was also an additional $25.00 fee if you agreed to an assignment but decided the job wasn't for you. Even if you only worked one day and decided it wasn't the right fit- you would have $25.00 deducted from your paycheck. Then after wasting over an hour doing paper work, they email you (without telling you to check it) a notice stating that within 24 hours, they want you to return to their location- for what?! I was just there! Again, this agency had some hidden fees that other places don't require you to pay so make sure you read the fine print!
