By far the best experience at the dentist office ever! I’ve been to quite a few all over NYC and the Midwest but nothing tops Yonkers Avenue dental!!It’s obvious they actually care about all of their patients and are not in it just for the money..highly recommend everyone to experience greatness in there! Made me like dentists all over again! Will def. recommend everyone I know to go there! & No I’m not making commission from them but they deserve all the praise!

The first person I ever spoke to was Carriann she was patient and caring .and so polite respectful great customer service and then I met Zel she was so helpful helping me fill out my form and answering all my questions they both played a big part in reassuring me about my procedure and insurance . Thank you ladies I appreciate you and I’m so sorry I don’t know the other girls name that is at front desk but thank you so helpful all very professional. Now for Dr Wicks so great. !! Made me feel so calm reassured me all was going to be good so professional thank you I appreciate you. Very clean beautiful calm atmosphere .I wanted to also recognize Christen he was so gentle kind and professional

After filling out a 20 page form they tell me I need an x-ray when I just wanted a simple cleaning. He just wanted to make extra money for no reason. Be careful here the doctor is money hungry!

For 30 years I’ve been going to other dentists from Greenwich to Scarsdale thinking that the inferior experience I was receiving there was normal. This place is exponentially better than anything I’ve experience. The professionalism, kindness, and patience of Dr. Rajani and his staff are paramount and unmatched. I’m a huge fan of Jusli specifically, she is so kind and really works hard to make sure you are comfortable. Thank you for all you do, you guys are different level amazing!

Everyone is so friendly and kind, this is my forth visit and I love them even more every time. The doctors are very gentle and they make sure you don’t feel any pain. The best doctors office ever. 100/100

This is a great dental office! All of the staff are kind, friendly and helpful. Dentists here are gentle and take time to explain what is being done and why. I started coming to this office about a year ago and had a few procedures and cleanings to get my teeth in top shape. I couldn't be happier with the results!

Unfortunately, my dental insurance wasn't active that day, so I had to make the difficult choice to proceed at my own expense. I was quoted $1839 and my card was charged. I was told it was a two-part process with no other charges explained.**Step 3: Return Visit Appointment (10/31)**I scheduled a return visit on October 31st at 3:30 p.m. for crown placement. No additional charges were mentioned during scheduling. I received an itemized bill with no mention of an outstanding balance.**Step 4: The Unexpected Surprise**When I returned on October 31st, I was shocked to be asked, "Are you aware of your charges for today?" I was then told I needed to pay an additional $2587. I was bewildered and made to feel like I should have read a "patient treatment form" I was never shown. I reluctantly signed the form, thinking it was necessary to document the new charges.**Step 5: The Halfway Done Procedure**Now, I'm halfway through a procedure with unexpected charges and no clear understanding of the financial aspect. I'm worried about my tooth's health and the pain I might endure.**Step 6: Seeking Clarity and Accountability**After the unexpected charges, I reached out to the dental office on November 1st, seeking an acknowledgment of their transparency failure. In response, I received an email that seemed to shift blame onto me, insinuating that I declined a quote due to my insurance situation, which I never did. They even mentioned non-existent text messages as proof.Despite the series of errors, I understand that mistakes can happen. What's most disheartening is feeling unfairly blamed for their missteps. The attempt to hold me responsible for their mistakes has been the most disappointing aspect of this ordeal. It has left a bitter taste in what should have been a positive journey toward improving my oral and dental health.I anticipate their response will be similar to their email, but I want to reiterate that I never declined a quote due to my insurance situation. No one in their right mind would leave a dental procedure thinking they'd get the rest of the quote later when insurance is sorted. It's the dental office's responsibility to provide a quote, whether insurance is involved or not.
