Dr.Greenidge is really informative and helpful. The front desk is very kind. The sonographer is really sweet and fast.

I agree with you, that place has terrible service. I don't know how they're still in business. I left today very upset because they made me feel like an idiot. They had the referral my doctor sent, but they hadn't even looked at it, just asking pointless questions. My doctor sent me there, and the doctor, Christianne Eppinette, said she didn't understand why I was there. I don't think that woman is a real doctor. I didn't like her arrogant attitude; it's not the attitude of a professional doctor. I hope they close that place down someday because going to a place like that is putting a patient's life in danger!

I like Dr Greenidge but the rest of her staff is absolutely horrible. I stopped going there a few years back when I waited 4 hours for a sonogram. After an hour I said something they said well if you don’t like it you can reschedule. And the lady upstairs (don’t remember her name) the one that sees patients also has no bedside manner at all. If I could rate negative stars I would. They are a horror.

Suzanne Marie Greenidge is the worst human being I ever met I had my son in 2023 she is the rudest person I ever met when my wife had a baby and it was C-section. She didn’t even tell us congratulations all the staffs in the hospital knows this person is so rude. Even the nurses in the hospital. If you guys don’t believe me, ask the nurses that works in the delivery department in bhospital about her, everybody knows her she's rude to everyone. the next day She saw my wife after the C-section for the first time she came talking on the phone the whole time I swear to everything I love the only thing she says how are you feeling in a rush That’s about it and back on the phone making plans for dinner with her friends if I’m lying I’m dying I swear to everything I love I'm not making this up. she’s the rudest doctor I ever met. it was the first time meeting her during the surgery if I knew I would’ve changed her a long time ago. after I had my son, I looked at the reviews in 2023. They were full of bad reviews and I do not want anybody to make this mistake that we made. I’m not getting anything out of this. I just want everybody to have a good experience with their delivery. In 2024 we had third baby with Sophia. She works in the hospital and I swear to God she is the best human being I ever met not just in doctors in general. She treat you like a friend and I had so much regret on my first experience with Dr. Marie Greenidge

Anyone knew to this doctor please read the review fully Don’t let the new review full you this is the worst doctor I ever met in my life and I hate writing reviews but I had to. never wrote a review in my life, but I had to. Especially if you have a child. Make sure you find the right doctor for that. She’s so judgmental rude, and mean never seen her smile.

Dr Greenidge is an exceptional doctor. She has been my dr since I was in my early 20s and always provided exceptional guidance. I highly recommend WTW their level of professionalism is great . Dr. G and team thank you ☺️ from Priscilla Paredes.

Reading the robotic and careless responses from WTW on this thread is so disappointing. I cant believe I just had this experience. I felt like I was getting care from decades ago. My issue was with Christine. She pressured me to get a Pap smear and gave no warning before starting the procedure. She's not patient or delicate to a very uncomfortable dynamic between a naked patient and doctor examining.

The speculum that was used during my Pap smear was rusted in many areas. When she left the room, everything was left there and I had the worst feeling about the exam so I picked it up with a napkin and it had rust everywhere. I couldn't believe that was inserted in my vagina. My husband and I are trying to figure out a way to escalate this to other organizations.

There were mice traps in the waiting area. The bathroom didn't have paper towels where I could use to wipe the pee cup with plus grab it. And the toilet paper roll wasn't placed inside the dispenser. All things that grossed me out because of cross contamination. Office was outdated in that sense.

Christine did not seem caring enough for full accurate care. And now i'm afraid to have gotten an infection or false positive results. I just did not have a good experience overall and will not be returning.

Honest Review for Dr. Greenidge – Abdominal Myomectomy Patient

Back in March, I had an abdominal myomectomy with Dr. Greenidge to remove a massive fibroid—about 21 inches and 10 pounds. By the time it came out, it was equivalent to a 7-month pregnancy. I didn’t even realize it was growing until it reached around 16cm, and by then, less invasive options were off the table.

For anyone going through this: I have a high pain tolerance, but I won’t lie—the first 4 days post-op were the hardest. Passing gas and sneezing were brutal. Gravity is no joke, so I recommend having a chair in your shower to help you ease back into things. I was up the day after surgery, and each day really did get better. No regrets at all.

I’m someone who gets major anxiety just stepping into a hospital or doctor’s office. I’m not the type who needs hand-holding—I just want to know that someone competent has a plan and can execute it. That’s Dr. Greenidge. She’s direct, no fluff, and doesn’t sugarcoat things—but she will tell you exactly what’s going on and how she’s going to fix it. I appreciate that deeply.

While I was in the hospital, she came by every single day—not just to check in but to physically examine the incision, press on my belly (which, I learned, is supposed to be soft after surgery), and make sure I was recovering properly. That meant a lot. I don’t need my surgeon to joke with me—I need them to be sharp and reassuring, and that’s exactly what she is.

I’ll write a separate review for the hospital St. Johns, because honestly, the staff treated me well too. Privacy? Basically non-existent—everyone who walks in gets a front-row seat to your vagina (LOL—haven’t had kids yet, so now I kind of know what that’s like). But despite that, I never once felt judged or dismissed. The nurses and Dr. Greenidge made me feel cared for.

Six months post-op now, I feel like a weight has been lifted—literally and emotionally. I’m doing pretty much everything again except full front sit-ups. There’s still some tenderness, but honestly, around the 2-month mark, I felt like nothing had even happened.

And for the people who really want to know (TMI alert): the hemorrhoids are REAL. Never had them before, but they popped up post-surgery and were the weirdest, most uncomfortable part of recovery. Wouldn’t wish that on anyone.

Huge thank you to Dr. Greenidge and her entire team. I feel incredibly lucky to be on the other side of this experience. Also, major shoutout to Maria, her surgery coordinator—you’ll talk to her eventually, and trust me, she’s a gem.
