We are trying to help a client get in touch with their assigned Westhab representative to report in. Despite the client making numerous phone calls and leaving multiple messages, they have received absolutely zero response.
In an attempt to resolve this, we called the main Headquarters office in Yonkers directly. Shockingly, the staff there seems to have no idea how their own organization is run. They were completely unable to provide us with the addresses for their offices in Mt. Vernon. Instead, they transferred us multiple times to dead-end extensions and empty phone lines.

Their company driver ran me off the road as you can see in the photo I’m already in the lane and he continue to taunt me as if we are race buddies I could of had a child with my in my vehicle I reached out to the company I spoke with Jacqueline Maurno Director of Insurance & Risk Management she didn’t seem to care after I sent my dash cam footage either way I’m letting it be known if you seen their company vehicle on the road be cautious !

The receptionist at westhab blocking my efforts to contact human resources and the director of housing to resolve this situation. the falseness of my casemanager and her supervisor is why I'm here writing now. There is no honesty honesty never mind transparacy.or accountability.
As of March 2025 to this very moment on July 15th 2025, I have been placed in jeapardy of losing my apartment through no fault or wrong doing of my own. My portion of my rent and documentation to westhab is and is always up to date.
