Severe Lack of Accountability, Internal Communication, and Oversight

As a premier non-profit heavily reliant on municipal, state, and federal contracts to provide critical services for the public, Westhab Headquarters fails fundamentally at its most basic administrative duty: guiding the clients it is funded to serve.

My experience trying to navigate this organization has been an exercise in bureaucratic runarounds:

We are trying to help a client get in touch with their assigned Westhab representative to report in. Despite the client making numerous phone calls and leaving multiple messages, they have received absolutely zero response.

In an attempt to resolve this, we called the main Headquarters office in Yonkers directly. Shockingly, the staff there seems to have no idea how their own organization is run. They were completely unable to provide us with the addresses for their offices in Mt. Vernon. Instead, they transferred us multiple times to dead-end extensions and empty phone lines.

Their company driver ran me off the road as you can see in the photo I’m already in the lane and he continue to taunt me as if we are race buddies I could of had a child with my in my vehicle I reached out to the company I spoke with Jacqueline Maurno
Director of Insurance & Risk Management she didn’t seem to care after I sent my dash cam footage either way I’m letting it be known if you seen their company vehicle on the road be cautious !
