Super disappointed. I brought 2 pairs of single sole high heels that were really uncomfortable on the ball of my foot. I wanted some added support to make the shoes more bearable to walk around in. He showed me some very thin material that he said would help. I kept asking if he thinks this thin material would make a difference with the shoe which he assured me it would, but I was skeptical. Needless to say, the shoes feel EXACTLY the same. A complete waste of $70.

WARNING DO NOT CLEAN YOUR SNEAKERS HERE!!!!
I brought three pairs of sneakers to this shop for a simple cleaning, and it turned into one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I was charged 45 dollars by a short Asian man who I believe is the owner, and when I came to pick them up, all three pairs looked worse than when I dropped them off. The sneakers had a yellow brown tint that was not there before, and they were definitely not clean.
When I pointed this out, the owner denied what he was clearly looking at and insisted he could not get them all the way clean. The truth is they were dirtier than when I brought them in. I was extremely upset because these sneakers are no longer made and cannot be replaced.
Instead of helping, he became very aggressive toward me. He raised his voice even though I remained calm the entire time. I had to ask him several times to stop yelling at me. At one point he grabbed my arm while trying to take the shoes claiming that he will clean them again, and I had to tell him not to touch me. His behavior was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. After what I saw, I was afraid he would make them worse if I allowed him to touch them again.
He refused to give me a refund and turned his back to me in the middle of the conversation. The lack of accountability and the disrespect were unbelievable. I was almost to the point of tears.
I later went home and was able to clean the shoes myself by watching a couple of YouTube videos, which proves the issue was not the shoes but the poor service I received.
Do not bring any fabric sneakers here. He does not know how to clean them and will not take responsibility for damaging them. My white sneakers came back looking dirty and grimey with stains from whatever cleaner he tried to use on them and he still would not admit to doing anything wrong.
Terrible service, terrible attitude, and an overall terrible experience. Avoid this place entirely!!!

Asked for boots to be restored, he chose to patch them instead, but the profile of the sole isn't correct. Apparently he restores boots without looking up what the model is supposed to look like, this compromised key functionality and I have to get them resoled by an actual professional. And he makes you pay up front, go figure
