Duane helped solve our mouse and roach problem. Suburban was hired on behalf of the property management of my apartment and I was happy they sent Duane. As soon as we connected he listened to my concerns and issues. He approached the situation with great efficiency and patience. I pointed out all the spots we were having troubles with and he took the time to patch holes, lay traps and poison. Ever since he helped us we haven't had one visitor after countless nights of critters running amok in our apartment.
