Humans answer the phone, a technician was sent out same day, INSANELY nice guy who stuck around for two hours fixing some errors on a prior electrician's work, some which he tackled for free and for other fixes and upgrades he drew up a set of clear options and packages with timelines and price points associated. Broke down the technical reasoning behind things in plain-speak and even helped gather evidence to show the lamp company why their fixtures were malfunctioning. Over-the-top customer service. Easy 5 stars
