Montefiore Medical Group provides excellent medical services and care. Staff are polite, professional, and courteous, with doctors who listen carefully and respond with empathy. The first point of contact, including security, are also warm and alert. Urgent Care facilities offer a seamless experience, with friendly front desk staff, courteous nurses, and thorough examinations by Nurse Practitioners. Doctors, such as Dr. Shah, are highly praised for their exceptional care. While there may be some wait times for appointments, the medical team's caring and understanding nature make up for it.
Awfull service. I requested a urgent care service with a traveler insurance (covers medical expenses in the US) and even ofered to pay in cash for the visit, and they refused to see me.
Watch out if you need an X-ray. Radiology is in the same waiting area as urgent care. Montifiore likes to mash up the sick with the healthy. You know, to get them all back there for another reason.
Staff us friendly I was assisted by Lourdes Ramos and Nurse Delrose locations great as well don't have to worry about parking. The two ladies in the lab Bridgette and Eric were very patient friendly and had a very good bedside manner.
Visited here on October 10 2025 was seen by Dr Polyakova Lourdes Ramos and Marva in labs who are patient friendly great bedside manner and an asset to Montefiore
