My mother passed away 53 years ago . My family used Marcus Jackson Funeral Home and although I was just a little kid the service was beautiful. The people there made my Mom look as beautiful as she always was. They made sure my family was comfortable with how they handled everything.My family has used this funeral home for years and they have been so good to us. Their services are impeccable. My mother passed away. When I contacted this funeral home I was treated very kindly by Margret Jackson. She lead me through the preparations with sincere love and respect. I did all of the process over the phone. I live in North Carolina and could not travel to New York. My mother was 94 years old and resided in a New York nursing home. Margret communicated with the nursing home and other agencies involved with the process and calmed my fears. She also made me understand my feelings of loss. My two brothers ( who live in New York) and I will be forever grateful. We send many blessings to her and her staff.
