My braids is coming out and the middle part is not in the middle the old lady needs to stop working she really terrible

They are so rude in there no customer service skills at all, charged 50 dollars for two braids armpit length no hair added. Not professional at all not even when you call and when you walk in you’re not even acknowledged. The lady that did my hair attitude was ok but it looks like I got the monopoly man’s mustache she used grown hair instead of baby hairs.
Update : literally 24hrs later and my braid is unraveling lol WASTE OF MONEY

These people are rude and a complete waste of time. I made a appointment to get here and she says we don’t know how to do two braids. Huh why make the appointment

They don't know how to welcome costumer those 2 girls, they are very unprofessional. They speak on their phone over your head. It is like they are doing you a favor.

$250 for medium box braids to mid back?! ?Absolutely NOT! Nasty attitude at 11:30am. It's definitely not necessary, and she can't braid big. I hardly ever see anyone in there, now I know why. Just go to Harlem and get your braids done. Too bad those ladies don't move up to Y.O. this one would go out of business in a heart beat.

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. And rude unbelievable. Don’t waste your money here. I watched her argue with another client and her boyfriend…. and threaten to fight them …. disgusting behavior. Then when i brought to there attention that was unprofessional they proceeded to call me a dirty mexican. Disgusting….
