Have not experienced a massage or facial yet but I had the chance to speaking with Alisha over the phone and she was very informative and helpful on different services and what would be most reccomended for my situation. Wil definitely be in soon !!

The owner/ manager kept knocking the door to Rush employee with massage and facial when I paid 198 dollars for it. My girlfriend did not received a full hour massage and the facial was substandards, not top of the line as I paid for. They didn't even had the products for the facial. I willnot recommend it to anyone. Specially when I can pay less for much better service. With that been said it ruins a gift for my girlfriend not the experience I wanted her to have.

Got the introductory facial. It’s advertised as 1 hour facial. I was late so I loss 15 minutes, which as fine. However after 25 minutes , it was done. I feel I got my face washed with oils for 20 minutes. There was not additional services for My skin concerns. Definitely not work $85.00

Totally unprofessional my husband purchased a gift certificate online fora massage which we were unable to find the e-mail verifying it. So, now we are requesting a reissue of the certificate and Noone can help us.

Having minimal massage therapists on staff makes it extremely difficult to get appointments and actually use your membership benefits. Scheduled appointment well in advance; received confirmation text and email and then later that same day received a call that the massage therapist had given his 2-week notice and was no longer working there. If he gave 2 weeks why are you letting me know my appointment is canceled 2 days prior? Really disappointing customer service all around.
