They have the worse customer service trying to get into contact with someone in person. Literally have to wait 20 min on hold and transferred to the corp customer service to delivers message to the location you want. All these doctors and teledocs which ALWAYS give the wrong prescription. Literally on my 3rd return because the glasses I receive. This place lacks employees. There are like 3 employees total.

The miserable girl that takes your insurance and charges you doesn't have a smile on her face doesn't greet you. She's rude and cold visionworks needs to figure out how to hire people who actually want to help you, So after this year, I will never go back again.

The experience with the eye exam and staff during the first visit was great. Everyone was professional. I paid $120 for add ons and was informed by staff that if the glasses needed to be replaced the add ons would not be covered, made sense. I pick up my daughter's glasses and they literally break hours after we get them. I'm with her so I know they just snapped, they didn't fall off just snapped as she was adjusting them on her nose. Obviously I don't expect to have an issue with replacing the glasses because they broke the same day, I was wrong. I go back and I'm told they would not cover the add ons, I explained that it's obvious the frames were poorly made since they broke literally hours after we got them. So let's take the lenses out and just pop them in new frames! The employee stated she would get the frames from the "warehouse" so we wouldn't have the same issue but this would still count as my daughter's free replacement. Got the new frames YESTERDAY... broke YESTERDAY. I'm going to attempt to take the glasses to my regular place, Metro Optics in the Bronx, since the frames are way better quality. I should've stuck to what I know and simply taken the trip to the Bronx. Waste of time and money

Unprofessional and Dismissive Service I visited this location at Central Plaza Shopping Center (2588 Central Park Ave, Yonkers) to request a replacement for my daughter's scratched lenses, as I had purchased the protection plan. Unfortunately, my experience was nothing short of appalling. The first associate I spoke with seemed uninterested in helping and informed me he was going on lunch, leaving me and my 3-year-old daughter alone in the store. Moments later, a manager named Crystal came out, arguing with him about leaving the store unattended. This argument happened right in front of us, which I found extremely unprofessional. When I politely asked for assistance, Crystal prioritized a phone call over helping me. Another staff member, Kimberly, rudely told me, "Don't be rude. She's on a very important phone call. I will help you in a minute." Despite waiting, Kimberly chose to help another customer who had just walked in, ignoring me entirely. When I quietly expressed frustration under my breath, Crystal accused me of using profanity (which I would never do in front of my child) and asked me to leave. This was by far the most humiliating and unprofessional experience I've ever had at a store. The staff were dismissive, rude, and made no effort to address my concerns. I would strongly advise others to avoid this location.
