I had my first ever appointment at Contempo today, with Maria. it was an outstanding appointment! Maria listened to what I wanted and gave me better than I could have imagined! My color and style is fantastic! Maria is so nice and you can tell she cares about her customers and made sure I was comfortable at all times. The rest of the staff was so friendly as well. one went to the deli for me because I hadn't eaten and was starving! It's a great place where great people work! I will definitely be going back to Maria.

I been a costumer from contempo hair design for many years and i moved to Florida about 10 years ago not only i have been able to find a place like this that trying to find a good hairdresser like cristina and stephanie and their stuff everyone is very helpful and friendly and this place is super clean and classy. Everytime i come to new york a come to get my hair done with them its just nice to get my hair done by the best and always nice to see you guys ... Love you guysSee you soon ??

Loved my first experience at contempo! The shop was clean, all the staff in the store were super sweet, and the service was exceptional! Stephanie did an amazing job my balayage. She worked with me to get the results I wanted but with a way less damaging approach, she definitely knows what she's doing! Samantha was also really attentive, easy to talk to, and gave me such a nice wash. I'll be going back for all my hair needs.
