ATEKS did a great job coordinating my appointment and handling the repair of my Liebherr ice maker. I found them to be very professional, helping me get the information my building needed to allow them access, I live in Tribeca, and following up to make sure the paperwork was accepted. They explained the charges upfront and I thought they were reasonable. The repairman called 15 minutes prior to arrival and was very nice. He explained everything he wanted to do, adjusted my refrigerator and freezer temperatures, I had them set wrong, and quickly fixed the ice maker. Easy breezy.
