Linda is terrific. Loved the classes. Beautiful setting. All the equipment you need. A great way to unwind on vacation and get some exercise to supplement hiking or heal from an injury. Helpful instruction and great classmates.
We are beginners and needed a place to stretch and strengthen and center ourselves on vacation. Linda's classes were informative and left us feeling better each visit. Beautiful setting. Fundamentals class was just fine for my beginner husband. I managed with my injury. Linda guides with lots of props to help where you are limited or tight. Nice that they do zoom classes too.
I loved the level 1 class on Saturday: Linda made it easy, even for such a beginner as myself. It was a good exercise and an enjoyable experience, in a beautiful set up - we were lucky with the weather and had the class outside. Will come back!
