Love that the gym has a sauna and that management actually enforces the towel rule. The signage is clear and the staff follow through, which I appreciate. That said, the enforcement method is causing a problem for everyone else: every time staff open the sauna door to address a rule-breaker, the heat escapes and it ruins the experience for members who are following the rules. It would make a much bigger difference to catch violations before someone enters, either with staff stationed outside the door or by actually issuing consequences so the behavior stops repeating. Amazing gym! Very clean, well-maintained, and professionally run. The front desk staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the trainers are extremely knowledgeable and willing to help everyone, even if you don’t train with them. Great atmosphere and overall experience. Highly recommend!

This Gym is literally the best gym in queens and the food is soo GOOD, also the employees are really nice and helpful. They finally have a good manager a helpful manager his willing to take care of everybody.
