I should have taken a before and after photo. I didn't know what to expect when I dropped off a scuffed shoe. But somehow, when I came back to pick it up, it looked better than when I bought it in the first place! If I ever need anything shoe related again I will definitely be returning here.

Hours are not accurate... I just walked over at 2pm on a Friday and they are closed! Sign clearly says Friday hours are until 5pm .. seems unreliable. If you are looking to get work done here I'd advise calling ahead...

I have a plus 30 year old heavy leather car coat that needed minor repairs. The owner handily fixed the issues in record time and at a great price. I'll go there for all my leather needs now, including boots and shoes! Awesome. Recently went back to fix a stuck zipper on my motorcycle jacket which I could not get unstuck. The owner took , looked at it 10 seconds, pulled at a thread he found hanging out and then pulled a small piece of cloth unsticking the the whole thing in 30 seconds! No Charge he says! Awesome

I don't like to leave bad reviews, but I do not tolerate when a business owner disrespects my time.I gave the shop owner 3 items for repair on a Saturday. He gave me a quote and I left a 50% deposit. He gave me the option to pick up 5d later on a Thursday and marked it on the receipt. On Thursday I show up at noon, 2 hours after opening, and the shop looks closed with the gates down. There is no note left on the door, explaining why he was closed. I called 3x and left a voicemail with my phone number. The next day I noticed that he still hadn't called back, so I. Called. Him. I asked if he was open and he said yes but only until 5pm (per Google, he closes at 6pm). I show up at the store, and I asked him if he received my voicemail. He stared at me blankly and said yes. He said that he had an emergency. Fine, everyone has emergencies. But he didn't have an emergency the day after. He could have called me back to let me know he was open and to apologize for not being open on a day that he chose for me to pick up my items. When he didn't offer a sincere apology or offer me a discount, I asked for monetary compensation for my time for making 2 trips. He fought back on it and even started looking on his cell phone to see if I actually called him. And we both saw in his call log that I did indeed. I also need to add that my items were not ready when I arrived, and I had to wait for him to complete the job.If this is your only option for leather/ shoe repair, I highly recommend that you call before you go.

It was fast and affordable but job wasn’t so good. It is okay for easy repairs but I wouldn’t bring something valuable.

Brought in my old leather jacket thinking it would need a completely new zipper. The owner told me that I only needed a new “slider”. See pic. He saved me money and did a great job. Highly recommended.
