I recently used A Local Locksmith Queens to add an additional deadbolt to my door and they were amazing! Both the owner and the technician were extremely professional and the technician that came even fixed a spot on my door that was catching on the doorframe. The service was provided within hours of my initial call, great communication all around, and they have very reasonable prices.
Omar was amazing! My apt door wouldn’t open even though I had the key, the lock just wasn’t turning, after struggling with it for 15 min, I called Omar thinking I needed the entire lock changed. He assessed the situation over the phone and helped me to troubleshoot the lock and open my door in less than a minute. I was so appreciative of Omar’s patience and skill over the phone!
