When you look up Heating and HVAC IN Syosset/Woodbury this company isn’t located in Woodbury but Seldon NY. When you call you get a third party company and they don’t give you correct information but a company selling a third party warranty that charges $149.00Then you have to pay additional $250 plus parts and labor. I tried to cancel my cc charge and they haven’t done so. In addition I tried emailing them and it gets returned, so don’t get fooled by the operator who answers your tel. They should never false advert there location they show a photo of building that’s Party city in Woodbury Long IslandThat’s just wrong
The office staff was great, but it was our technician James that made this review go from a 3 to a 5 star! He was a pro, man. From start to finish, he was polite and professional. If you need your HVAC fixed, this is who you want crawling around in your ceiling. He was very knowledgeable and explained to me all that he was about to do and gave a good description at the end of what he had done.
When my furnace failed to heat efficiently, James showed up on time and was very professional with the repairs. He showed much respect for me and my property at all times. More importantly, he didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. This is how you keep and get more business. Thanks James and Gordon's Heating and Cooling Service.
