My recent experience reviewing bills, overages, price ceiling plans, and balanced budgeting (for two homes!) went surprisingly well!The rep was patience, listened to my concerns and needs, and worked with me to explain the options that in the end got me exactly where I wanted to be. Give the complexity, one of the best customer service experiences I ever had. Kudos to the Customer Care team!
