Petro has been an amazing company to work with for the last 25+years that I’ve been a customer. I recently had another really great experience working with Kate from Customer Loyalty. Her patience, sincerity, willingness to listen, and knowledgeable responses to all my questions and concerns made me feel like a highly valued customer. Thank you so much!

Petro came to my house recently for my free annual tune up. Sean was knowledgeable, friendly and knew exactly what he was doing. He explained what he was doing and cleaned up after he was finished. The days of technicians being gruff, unfriendly and messy have passed. Sean is clearly a new generation of techs and a huge upgrade. Congratulations.
