Beginning with a prompt response Janet was unbelievably kind and opened up the Spa for us on a day that it's normally closed. The Spa was immaculate and beautifully decorated with fresh flowers and a relaxing atmosphere. Janet was kind, patient and friendly. The facial was, by far, one of the best we've had. We all were relaxed and our skin looked amazing when we were done. Janet explained in detail every product and its purpose.
