I asked about a consult and was able to get an appointment within a few days. A quick chat with Madelyn about what my daughter wanted we knew were in the right place. She did an amazing job with the cut and color. It’s beautiful. And of course while sitting there I asked Tracy, the owner if she had time for me. “I have been going to R Salon for at least 15 years. Initially they were recommended to me by a coworker. My stylist Tara is the best. Many of the other stylists (I have gotten to know them to some degree) are so friendly and very talented. Everyone there always makes you feel welcome when you come in. They also have a comprehensive supply of hair products to supply you with whatever you need for your hair. The place is immaculate and the cost of their services is on par with any other quality salon in the area. It is nicely decorated and there is plenty of parking in the back of the salon. I highly and confidently recommend them if you are looking for a change or need a new stylist.“

“I go to her for all my hair needs I show her pictures and she does exactly that. she gives you all the information that you need to be able to know what's going on how much it'll cost and how it'll fit your hair. she also gives you ideas if you want something it may not necessarily go with your skin tone/ face shape she'll let you know what will. also if you want a certain color she'll let you know what color it changes so you don't ruin your hair absolutely phenomenal I would highly recommend for anything.“

“I came here a few months after having my hair dyed black and bleached in one spot somehere else (it looked nice then, but grew out and wasnt so nice anymore). I love that they offered a consult on their website first, so I could get a price estimate and make sure that what I wanted was possible. It was, so I booked an appointment.I never thought I'd love my hair as much as I do now. Sue listened to what I wanted and turned a drab look into everything I wanted and more. She extremely good as what she does! To achieve the look I wanted (softer and lighter with one bleached streak that I could later dye blue), she gave me highlights and then went over it in brown to make it cohesive. She was very precise - took her time and did a remarkable job.Whatever she did, she did in a way that didn't fry or hurt my hair at all... even the front that I've bleached and straightened constantly through the years.It looks natural and perfect now! This was weeks ago and I adore it just as much as the day I got it done.She was also nice enough to recommend a product that will help me in my journey to give up heat - which has been working great! I can achieve a clean, non-frizzy look without using the straightener.I can't say enough about this place. Reasonably priced, especially for the time she put in. Spotless facility, great conversation. Absolutely recommend! Sue is a magician! Best dye job I've ever had!“
