AJ, the owner and a gentleman, arranged my Mother’s funeral with noteworthy kindness and candor. Though it may be his business, at no point did I feel like it was a business transaction. His demeanor was sincere and welcoming, and his actions conveyed a genuine concern with the well-being of my siblings and I.
