We were having a bee problem. I called several exterminators on line either they didn't answer or there was an answering machine. I finally called Fly Tech it rang for a while but Don answered. He was very friendly and concerned with our problem. Although he was very busy he made time to come to our house in between other calls. He assessed the problem, took a look all around our home for any other issues then explained the proper way to get rid of these pests. I highly recommend this company. By the way a neighbor was having problems saw him working at our home and asked if he would help him out. Don didn't even hesitate he went right over and as I said he was very busy and had to fit us in between other jobs. This is a company that knows customer service!!!!!

I called to order flowers for my dear co-worker who is sick. The woman who answered at the florist was so sweet and helpful and efficient. I have never spent time in Williamson, but I can say I feel confident that my friend will receive lovely flowers arranged with care. From the phone experience so far, I can highly recommend this business.

I picked this location because NYS Health said they accepted the insurance but as I check in I’m told no we don’t take NYS Health insurance. She was a little rude about it also. The doctor is nice but should not be listed as accepting NYS Health.

We have taken all of our animals here. They are only open late 1 day a week, so it makes it hard for us to get an appointment sooner rather than later, but I know it's due to staffing shortages. I can't complain though. It's not to far for us to travel to either.

Went to a birthday party today! It was a great experience. The owner kept the party going by keeping the kids doing fun activities which is tough with a bunch of 4 year olds! The ponies were very sweet and unbothered by the kids' antics. The kids brushed, fed, walked and took a ride on the ponies. The barn has a front section with 5 tables and hay bales/bedding bags to sit on (one table has 4 chairs too). My friends that had the party brought in some of their own chairs and we had pizza and cake. There is a clean porta potty outside around the back of the barn. We might have our daughter's birthday here, she had such a great time.
I have been going here for years with my cats. Price is reasonable and friendly.
