Let me just say I’ve been going to The Ruby Nails for 3 years now and Pamela does my nails. She is the owner but truly all of the staff work diligently and hard to satisfy requests from my observation. Pamela a great job at listing her prices and communicates clear when the prices change due to inflation. Their prices are reasonable compared to what I’ve seen in this area. Besides that I have NEVER left there unhappy. I have had my nails, toes and even temporary lashes done here. The staff is welcoming straight forward and genuine! Booking through vagaro is quick and easy. They will always have my buisness and my time ♥
Jennifer was a pleasure to work with, was very attentive and gave me exactly what I wanted. She was also gentle and I felt no discomfort (even the ticklish scrub part of the pedicure was bearable). The only comment I will make is that she flooded my cuticles/skin. This was the first time after a salon trip I had to clean up the edges of my nails and also refile a nail.Update: less than 3 days later, my toe polish chipped in half and gel nail polish is also chipping on my hands ? this is also the shortest my nails have ever lasted after a nail salon trip, this salon could use some quality control. They always friendly. Place is super clean and neat. The best thing is you can also order coffee from next store to enjoy and they bring it over to you while getting your nails done. They take good care of my nails so it will not chip or split easily even if I have it done so often.
